Can I alter the level and frequency of my income payments?
You can vary the amount and frequency of payments provided the total income stays within the maximum GAD limit. You can choose to receive your income payments monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly.
You're also able to request a one off income payment that will be paid at the next available payment date. All income payments, including one-of payments, are made on the 28th of the month. Any changes or ad hoc payments must be requested at least ten working days before the 28th of the month.
A charge of £10 plus VAT applies when changing the payment amount or frequency of income. A charge of £25 plus VAT applies if you request a one-off payment.
