1990: Appointed Fund Manager of Pension Fund.

1994: Appointed Fund Manager of the Ecclesiastical Higher Income Fund at its launch

1999: Appointed Co-Manager, of the Ecclesiastical European Growth and Ecclesiastical International Growth Funds at launch

2006: Took sole responsibility for International Growth Fund

2007: Promoted to Senior Fund Manager

2008 Passed responsibility for Amity European Fund (previously European Growth Fund) to Chris Hiorns and took joint responsiblity of newly launched Amity Sterling Bond Fund
