Paperless Contract Notes, Statements & Account Information

Signing up for our paperless reporting service is easy.

  • Reduce your paperwork
  • Improve your green credentials
  • Gain faster access to your contract notes and valuations
  • Cut down the confidential information you receive in the post and the time you spend in front of the shredder

How does it work?

Paperless contract notes

Whenever you deal within your Vantage accounts online, by telephone or by post, we will generate an electronic contract note for you. As soon as it's ready we will email you and then you can log into your account and view, download or save it to your computer. For share deals contract notes will be available almost immediately and for fund deals within five working days.

Paperless statements & valuations

Each May and November we send you an Investment Report - a valuation of your account and statement covering the previous six months.

Instead of posting this to you we will simply email you as soon as it's ready to view online. The online version is exactly the same as the paper version and because it takes no time to print or post it will be available sooner.

Changes to your holdings

When management groups merge funds, for example, companies take each other over, we write to you. Sign up for our paperless service and, where we can, we shall simply email you the details. In certain circumstances, where the matter is more complicated or it requires a more detailed response, we may still write but these will be few and far between.
