The information below is believed to be correct as of February 2013. However, the companies concerned reserve the right to change their rules and regulations regarding shareholders, or withdraw any concessions at any time. There is normally a period of time before new shareholders become eligible for concessions.

We have included the name and telephone number of the Registrars with each entry so you can check that the perks have not changed before investing. The value of investments, and any income from them, can fall as well as rise so you could get back less than you invest. If you are unsure of the suitability of investing in shares or of the Vantage Fund & Share account please seek advice.

Shareholders may make only single application and the maximum discount is £500. The discount is subject to review each year on 30 September. Shares must have been held for a minimum of 90 days on the date of purchase. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

In 2008, those with a minimum shareholding of 2,000 shares (as of a record date in December 2007) received eight vouchers enabling half-price entry for one person at any of Arena's racecourses on any race day, with the exception of 13 September 2008 at Doncaster Racecourse (the Ladbrokes St Leger). Those with a minimum shareholding of 5,000 shares, upon becoming an Annual Badgeholder at one of Arena's racecourses (excluding Doncaster Racecourse), could obtain a second Annual Badge for the same racecourse at no cost.

Shareholders are entitled to a 20% discount on purchases from the Group's mail order catalogues. This offer is subject to a maximum saving for holders of up to 1,000 shares of £20; up to 2,000 shares a maximum saving of £40; up to 5,000 shares a maximum saving of £100 and over 5,000 shares a maximum saving of £200; in any calendar year. The normal catalogue value of discounted purchases made by any one shareholder in any one year must not exceed the values stated and is subject to an overriding maximum of £1,000 p.a.
BT Group Plc	Fixed Line Telecommunications	Equiniti, Lancing 0808 100 4141	Shares held in a Hargreaves Lansdown Vantage account are NOT eligible for shareholder discounts and offers. To qualify, shares must be held in the shareholder's own name (e.g. certificated form) and not in the name of a nominee company such as Hargreaves Lansdown.
BT offers shareholders discounts on various products and services. With the February and September dividend and May AGM (and Annual Accounts) mailings, there are special offers for shareholders on telephones, TVs and computing equipment from the BT Shop, as well as for BT's Total Broadband services and with Apollo Travel. For "e-shareholders" there are further benefits from, amongst others, Hertz and The Insurance Club. E-shareholders are able to buy all year round from the BT Shop at shareholder discount prices. The benefit is an onboard credit, the amount of which will depend on the duration of the cruise. To claim the credit shareholders must provide their name, reservation number, ship and sailing date, along with proof of ownership of Carnival Corporation or Carnival Plc shares (Hargreaves Lansdown can supply a letter confirming ownership) and the initial deposit to the travel agent or to the cruise line selected.

Shareholders are entitled to a Shareholder Discount Card which offers a 50% reduction on Fuller, Smith & Turner hotel prices (Fri-Sat; 10% Sun-Thur; subject to availability). The Discount Card is issued bi-annually and new shareholders can obtain one from the Company Secretariat. Shareholders are also entitled to a reduction on items for sale in the Brewery Store.

Shareholder vouchers are issued once a year to holders on the register at the end of July each year. The vouchers offer discounts on food and drink at Greene King pubs, Loch Fyne Restaurants and Local Pubs.
Groupe Eurotunnel SA	Transport	Computershare Investor Services, Bristol 0870 703 0039	1,000 shares held for three months as at 15 May 2006, where the shareholder elected to have all their shares takes part in the Exchange Offer. New buyers must hold a minimum of 750 shares in registered form for three months as at the date of booking. Therefore shares held in a nominee account, including any shares in a Hargreaves Lansdown Vantage account, are NOT eligible to receive the Shareholder discount.
Eligible shareholders are entitled to a 30% discount on standard Eurotunnel tickets for three return journeys or six one-way journeys per calendar year.

Eligible shareholders are entitled to the following discounts: 15% discount on service, parts and accessories £100 off the retail price of used cars £100 off the retail price of new cars These benefits exclude the Porsche businesses and other exclusive vehicles where availability is limited. In order to qualify for these discounts, shareholders must provide suitable evidence of their status as an Inchcape shareholder prior to the commencement of any negotiations.

Holders of 10,000 or more Ordinary Shares in In-Deed Online Plc are entitled to a £200 discount on the standard price quoted online for the conveyancing of a sale and/or purchase. The following conditions apply: Shares must have been held for at least 90 days prior to instructing In-Deed. If shares are held in a nominee account then evidence of beneficial ownership must be provided. The holder of the shares must be an individual and the legal purchaser/vendor of the property. The maximum discount is £200 per instruction and this offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. There is no limit to the number of occasions a shareholder may take advantage of this discount. The perk may be withdrawn at any time.
International Consolidated Airlines Group (formerly British Airways Plc)	Travel & Leisure	Computershare Investor Services, Bristol 0870 702 0110	200 ordinary shares held on the annual qualifying date.
A discount coupon is issued to eligible private individual shareholders which entitles the bearer and up to eight travel companions, booking and travelling with them, to 10% off the price of any published British Airways fare. The flight coupon may be used to reduce by 10% the basic price of any published British Airways fare for a journey from or within the UK. The coupon may only be used towards leisure travel, subject to the normal terms and conditions, but it does offer a reduction on fares in any British Airways class of travel worldwide from UK domestic, World Traveller Plus and Euro Traveller to Club World, Club Europe and First. 'World Offers' fares are also included. Coupons are only redeemable online - they cannot be redeemed through travel agents or over the telephone. For more information, shareholders should visit the website http://www.iairgroup.com. IAG have confirmed that the scheme is currently under review and no new discount codes will be issued for 2012. Discount codes issued in 2011 remain valid at present.

Eligible shareholders are entitled the following discounts with Irish Ferries: 20% discount on passenger and car ferry services between Ireland and Britain. 10% discount on passenger and car ferry services between Ireland and France (direct sailings only). 5% discount on Irish Ferries inclusive package holidays (incorporating travel with Irish Ferries). These are the maximum discounts available and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount scheme. Bookings must be made through the website www.irishferries.com. Shareholders have the opportunity to participate in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan to use the whole of their cash dividends to buy ordinary shares in the Company in the market at competitive dealing rates. ITV also operate a corporate sponsored Stocks & Shares ISA which offers UK resident shareholders a simple low-cost, tax efficient way to invest in ITV ordinary shares.

Shareholders receive a 25% discount on Home Insurance; a 12.5% discount on Travel Insurance and a 10% discount on Life Assurance. Shareholders can also receive reduced initial charges of 1% on selected ISAs and Unit Trusts, 1% cashback on selected ISAs and 1% extra allocation on selected Unit Trusts.

Shareholders are currently sent vouchers each year, offering discounts across Marks & Spencer product ranges. These are normally distributed with the January dividend.

Eligible shareholders are entitled to a Marston's Inns and Taverns Privilege card which entitles the holder to a 20% discount on food and accommodation at participating Marston's inns and taverns.

Qualifying shareholders are entitled to discounts on property. The discount varies depending on the number of shares and how long they've been held, and ranges from: 5,000 - 9,999 shares held for a continuous period of 1 year: discount of £7,500 on a 2 bedroom apartment; held for a continuous period of 3 years: £15,000 discount on a 2 bedroom apartment. 500,000 plus shares held for a continuous period of 1 year: discount of £135,000 on a 4/5 bedroom coastal village villa; held for a continuous period of 3 years: £175,000 discount on a 4/5 bedroom coastal village villa. National Grid operates a Shareholder Networking programme, the aim of which is to allow shareholders to gain a better understanding of the business. The programme runs over two days and includes visits to operational sites and presentations by senior managers and employees. Participants also have the opportunity to meet and question Directors during the programme, the costs of which (including shareholder travel to and from the event) are covered by National Grid. The programme normally operates during early December. Participants will be selected by ballot from those applying, with priority given to those who have not recently attended.

Shareholders who own between 100 and 4,999 shares are entitled to a voucher for two day member badges on the day of their choice. The Company offers a discount voucher to holders of 500 or more Next Plc ordinary shares as at 1 April each year. With every quarterly dividend payment notification, shareholders receive the Shareholder Focus magazine which includes special shareholder offers, competitions and prize draws.

Privilege cards will be issued to holders of Shepherd Neame shares in October of each year until further notice. Holders of 100 shares and up to 2999 shares will be issued with a Gold Privilege Card and holders of 3000 or more shares will receive a Black Privilege Card. The cards will entitle holders to a discount at participating pubs and hotels and the visitor centre shop. Shareholders are offered an additional 1% per annum return on the company's rare stamp and autograph investment contracts. All shareholders holding Stanley Gibbons Group shares through Hargreaves Lansdown are entitled to a free annual subscription to the Gibbons Stamp monthly magazine.

Each December shareholders will receive a credit equal to 10% of the total spend with Telecom Plus that year. This is subject to certain conditions, principally that shareholders held more than 1,500 shares in the Company on 1st January and held them until 31st October.

Eligible shareholders are entitled to discounts (which are subject to change) when booking holidays for TUI Travel brands through the dedicated Shareholder Discount Line on 0844 800 3104.
