Life insurer Standard Life has bought intermediary support services provider threesixty for an undisclosed sum.
The Edinburgh-based group said it acquired the business from the former partners on 12 March.
Standard Life previously held a 25% stake in threesixty, which comprises threesixty Services LLP, threesixty Support LLP and threesixty IFA LLP.
