Selina Yu, executive director, is a member of the Asian Fixed Income team within the broader Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (GFICC) group.  Based in Hong Kong, she is a portfolio manager and senior credit analyst with the Asian Fixed Income team. In this role, Selina manages portfolios, covers the resources and industrials sectors within the Asian credit space, and contributes investments ideas to our Asian products and to the broader Emerging Market Debt team. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, she was a credit analyst focusing in Asian non-investment grade issuers at UBS. Prior to that, she spent 10 years with ING Investment Management in various buy-side roles within the credit research and trading implementation teams. Selina obtained a degree in mathematics and management from Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine and a M.A. in finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Ruben Lienhard, vice president, is a portfolio manager for the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Income strategy within the EMAP Equities team, based in Hong Kong. He joined the team in 2014 from Citadel in Hong Kong, where he was an equity research analyst covering industrials across Asia Pacific. Prior to that he worked in New York, first as an analyst in Credit Suisse's Mergers and Acquisitions Group and then as a research analyst at S.A.C. Capital, where he covered U.S. technology, media and telecom equities. Ruben earned an M.B.A. with distinction from INSEAD and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics.

Shaw Yann Ho, managing director, is head of the Asian Fixed Income team within the Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities (GFICC) group. Based in Hong Kong, her team is responsible for managing bond portfolios in the region and is active in Asian instruments across investment grade and high yield credit to local currency bonds and convertibles. Shaw Yann manages portfolios as well as contributes Asian credit expertise to Emerging Market Debt and other global funds. In addition, her responsibilities include setting macro and asset allocation strategy as part of the broader emerging market debt team. Before joining the team in 2011, Shaw Yann was a senior credit analyst at ING Investment Management. Prior to ING, she was a credit analyst at both Mirae Asset Management and Standard Chartered Bank, where she produced sell-side credit research covering both local currency and USD credits in various sectors. Shaw Yann earned a BSc. (Hons) in finance from University of Warwick.

Jeffrey Roskell, managing director, is a portfolio manager and head of the Income strategy within the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Equities team, based in Hong Kong. He joined the Firm in 1997 as an investment manager within the Global Equities team (previously known as the Global Portfolios Group) in Hong Kong and transferred to manage Asia Pacific portfolios in 2000. He joined the industry in 1992 as a graduate trainee with Prudential Portfolio Managers Limited in London, and subsequently specialised in managing portfolios investing in Continental European equities. Jeffrey obtained an M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University and the Investment Management Certificate from London Business School.
