Fund Objective

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide long term capital growth through exposure to world equity markets. Income will not be a consideration. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing in the shares of the Sanlam World Equity Tracker Fund (the "Master Fund") a sub-fund of the Company, details of which are set out below. The Fund will invest no less than 85% of its Net Asset Value in the shares of the Master Fund.
