Our view on the sector

The UK stock market is home to lots of world-class companies. From international giants to a diverse array of smaller businesses. This provides a rich hunting ground for fund managers in this sector. She co-manages Church House Balanced Equity Income Fund with James Mahon, CIO. and also manages client portfolios on a day to day basis; she is qualified Legal Accountant and also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). Carol has been with Church House since 1999.

James is the Chief Executive and Chief Investment Officer of Church House. He was instrumental in the establishment of Church House Investment Management in 1999 and brings many years of experience to his role. He became a member of the London Stock Exchange in 1980 and has held a number of senior posts including being a partner in stockbrokers Galloway & Pearson, a director of Hoare Govett and Managing Director of Archdale Securities.
