Why were you looking to make an international payment?
My husband and I have a flat in Paris which our daughter has been living in. We have made a number of transfers to France in the past, mostly on an ad-hoc basis. Our daughter moved from Paris to Marseilles and this summer she was looking to buy a house, which we wanted to help with.
What problems have you experienced in the past?
We have previously experienced issues receiving the money in France. Normally the payments are sent okay but we get constant questions from the French side and they have repeatedly bounced the payments back.
When we first started to make international payments we used our bank but the service stopped without notice. At the time we had accounts with you and we were impressed with the service we had received, so we decided to use your currency service to make our payments to France.
