The Company's investment objective is to generate a high total return by investing in smaller companies worldwide. The Company pursues its investment objective by investing in stocks in a range of industry sectors across the world. The portfolio consists of individual smaller company investments within the United States, United Kingdom and European markets, and third party fund holdings targeting smaller companies in Japan, Asia, Latin America and other smaller territories. The Company invests in sectors, including financials, industrials and healthcare. BMO Investment Business Limited is the investment manager of the Company.
