OpenText Corp and Carbonite Inc recently announced a Takeover offer for all of the Shares in Carbonite Inc. The Takeover is being done by way of a Tender Offer, under which you have been offered USD23.00 for each Carbonite Inc Share held.

 

What are my options?

 

Option 1 – Do nothing. You are not required to take any action at this time. 

 

Option 2 – Accept the Offer of USD23.00 per Share. You can give an instruction to accept the Tender Offer of USD23.00 for each Carbonite Inc Share held. Following receipt of your instruction your Shares would be submitted in acceptance of the Offer.

 

Any instruction must be received by noon on Thursday 19 December 2019.
