China Nonferrous Gold Limited, formerly Kryso Resources Corporation Limited, is a mineral exploration and development company. The principal focus of the Company is the development of its Pakrut Gold Project. The Company operates through the segments, including UK and PRC, and Tajikistan Pakrut. The Company's UK and PRC segment offers support and administration services. The Company focuses on the exploration and evaluation activities are located in Tajikistan, principally within the Pakrut Gold Project. Its Pakrut Gold Project lies within the southern portion of the Tien Shan Fold Belt, a belt of folded rocks that extends from near the Aral Sea in Uzbekistan through the northern part of Tajikistan into China and then into Mongolia. In addition to the Pakrut Gold Project, it is focusing on approximately three additional mineralized systems within the exploration license area, including Eastern Pakrut gold deposit, the Sulfidnoye gold and silver prospect and the Rufigar prospect.
