What is happening?


The Directors of El Oro Limited are putting forward proposals to Shareholders for the reconstruction and voluntary winding-up of the Company which will enable Shareholders to roll over their investment into one or more of four options.

 

What are my options?

 

You have four options to consider before our deadline of noon on Friday 14 June 2019. If the winding up and reconstruction is not approved by Shareholders, your holding will remain unchanged.

 

Option 1 – Rollover into JPMorgan Elect Managed Income Shares (DEFAULT). Shareholders can Rollover some or all of their investment into JPMorgan Elect Managed Income Shares. If you would like to receive JPMorgan Elect Managed Income Shares, you do not need to give an instruction. New Shares will be issued at a premium to the Net Asset Value (NAV) for more information please see our letter.

 

Option 2 – Rollover into JPMorgan Elect Managed Growth Shares. Shareholders can elect to Rollover some or all of their investment into JPMorgan Elect Managed Growth Shares. New Shares will be issued at a premium to the Net Asset Value (NAV) for more information please see our letter.

 

Option 3 – Rollover into JPMorgan Elect Managed Cash Shares. Shareholders can elect to Rollover some or all of their investment into JPMorgan Elect Managed Cash Share Shares. New Shares will be issued at a premium to the Net Asset Value (NAV) for more information please see our letter.

 

Option 4 – Cash option. Shareholders can elect to receive cash in the liquidation of the Company.
