Elys Game Technology, Corp. is a gaming and sports betting technology company. The Company operates through two segments: Betting establishments and Betting platform software and services. The Betting establishments segment includes operating of Web based as well as land-based leisure betting establishments situated throughout Italy and only Web based distribution in Austria. The Betting platform software and services segment provides certified betting platform software services to leisure betting establishments in Italy and other countries. The Company provides gaming services in Italy through its subsidiary, Multigioco Srl (Multigioco). Its Austria Bookmaker license permits it to operate online sports betting in certain European jurisdictions outside of Italy, through its subsidiary Ulisse GmbH (Ulisse). The Company owns and operates a betting software named Elys Game Board, through its subsidiary Odissea Betriebsinformatik Beratung GmbH (Odissea).
