Hadrians Wall Secured Investments Ltd is seeking shareholder approval to begin winding down the company and returning cash to shareholders. To do this the company is proposing to change its objective and policy such that it will stop making investments and begin realising the value of its assets.

 

It is anticipated that a first payment will be made in the second quarter of 2020, but there’s currently no indication how much this will be. The amount and timing of any further payments is also unknown at present. Due to the managed wind-down the company does not intend paying any future dividends.  

 

The company is also proposing to change its name to HWSI Realisation Fund Limited and intends to maintain its listing on the LSE for the foreseeable future

 

The proposals are subject to shareholder approval at shareholder meeting being held on 20 March 2020.If you wish to vote you must give us an instruction before our noon Tuesday 17 March 2020 deadline.
