The Boards of Interxion Holding NV and Digital Realty Trust Inc have recently announced the terms of a Takeover Offer. Under the terms of the Takeover Offer, holders of Interxion Holding NV Shares have been offered 0.7067 of a Digital Realty Trust Inc Share for each Interxion Holding NV Share previously held.

 

What are my options?

 

Option 1 – Do nothing. You are not required to take any action at this timeDepending on the level of acceptance the bidder may seek to delist and/or compulsory acquire any remaining Shares at a later date.

 

Option 2 – Accept the Offer. You can give an instruction to accept the Takeover Offer of 0.7067 of a Digital Realty Trust Inc Share for each Interxion Holding NV Share held. Following receipt of your instruction, your Shares will be submitted in acceptance of the Offer. 

 

When do I have to decide by?

 

Any instruction must be received in this office by noon on Wednesday 4 March 2020. If no instruction is received, your Shares will not be submitted and the Offer will lapse.
