The Company acquires, develops, exploits and produces oil and natural gas in Mexico, the Central Mackenzie Valley (CMV), Northwest Territories, Canada, south east Alberta, Canada, and in north-west Montana in the United States. The Company's activities are conducted in two geographic segments: Canada and Mexico. The Company's projects are located in Mexico, Central Mackenzie Valley, Northwest Territories; Southeast Alberta, and Southern Alberta Basin-Glacier County, Montana. The Central Mackenzie Valley includes Canol and Bluefish Shale Oil Plays, Summit Creek, Stewart Lake, EL-495, and TDL M-37 and M-38. It operates approximately five producing oil wells and an oil battery located in the Alderson area of southern Alberta. It owns title on over 15,200 net acres on the Blackfoot Reserve in Glacier County, Northwest Montana.
