The Board of JPMorgan European Investment Trust plc has announced a proposal to combine the existing Income & Growth share classes into one new ordinary share class. At the same time the company will be renamed JPMorgan European Growth & Income Plc.

 

Shareholders will vote on the offer at meetings on 24 January 2022.

The Company invests in a diversified portfolio of investments in the stock markets of Continental Europe. JPMorgan Funds Limited (JPMF) is the alternative investment fund manager of the Company.
