The boards of Kahoot ASA and Kangaroo BidCo recently announced the terms of a takeover. Under the terms of the takeover you have been offered NOK35.00 for each share held. The deadline for acceptance has been extended and Kahoot ASA have confirmed that this is the final opportunity for acceptance of the offer.

 

The offer is still open for acceptance. If you don’t want to accept the offer you don’t need to do anything at this time. Depending on the level of acceptance the bidder has confirmed its intention to delist and/or compulsory acquire any remaining shares at a later date.

 

Accept the offer – Act by noon on Tuesday 12 December 2023

 

Any proceeds will be converted from Norwegian Krone to Pound Sterling by CREST, the UK settlement system.
