The Jefferson Gold Project is located in Chesterfield County, South Carolina, in the Carolina Slate Belt and on the northeastern edge of two former gold mines (Brewer and Ridgeway gold mines) and approximately 15 kilometers from OceanaGold’s producing Haile mine. The Jefferson Gold project includes approximately 644 hectares. The Northern Ontario projects include St. Laurent, Montcalm, Nova and Gambler projects. The St. Laurent is a nickel-copper-cobalt-gold-platinum-palladium project and is located in St. Laurent township, approximately 160 kilometers northeast of Timmins, Ontario.
