The Directors of Scottish Investment Trust plc are proposing to wind up the company so that it can combine with JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc. Shareholders will vote on the proposals at meetings on 22 August 2022 and 31 August 2022.

 

If approved, you’ll receive new JPMorgan Global Growth & Income plc shares (JGGI). The number of JGGI shares that you will receive will be calculated by reference to the asset values of Scottish Investment Trust and JGGI on 25 August 2022.

 

To submit a vote on whether the winding up and merger with JGGI goes ahead, please do so before our deadline of noon on Wednesday 17 August 2022 so we can pass your vote onto the company before the shareholder meetings.
