The Company offers its modules primarily for retail, restaurant and military use and is manufactures by third party suppliers using its technology, and design and engineering expertise, which modifies code-engineered cargo shipping containers and purpose-built modules for use commercial, industrial and residential building. The Company also provides its modules as health care facilities for deployable medical response solutions. The Company operates through three segments: Construction, Medical and Development. The Construction segment includes the Company's manufacturing unit SG ECHO and other modules projects. The Medical segment mainly consists of the Company's joint venture COVID-19 laboratory operations. The Development segment includes real property development utilizing its technology and its manufacturing facility.
