Sirius Minerals plc has announced its intention to raise gross proceeds of approximately £310 million from a placing and open offer. The placing and open offer is part of a wider financing which includes a bond issue and secured revolving credit facility.


This financing is subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting to be held on 21 May 2019. If you wish to vote in respect of the proposals you can do so below before our deadline of noon on Tuesday 14 May 2019
