Trafalgar New Homes Ltd is a regional property developer focused on Kent, Surrey, Sussex and the M25 ring south of London. Trafalgar Retirement+ Ltd. is focused on the housing and care for the elderly market, developing properties in the assisted living and extra care model. The Company considers the supply of specialist housing for the elderly to be limited and predominantly arranged on a rental model. Its subsidiaries also include Selmat Limited, which is engaged in residential property renting; Combe Bank Homes (Oakhurst) Limited, a residential property developer; and Combe House (Borough Green) Limited, a residential property developer.
