UK Mortgages Ltd Ordinary 1p

Type:
Tender Offer
Shareholder action required:
Yes
Status:
Update Pending
Details (last updated 4 Jun 2021)

What is happening?

UK Mortgages Ltd wants to return up to £20 million to Shareholders. To do this the Company is offering to buy up to 13% of its Shares at a price of 75p per Share.

You can ask to sell all or part of your holding in the offer. You’ve got a guaranteed entitlement to tender (i.e. elect to sell) 13% of your holding. You can ask to sell more or less than this, but you may not successfully sell all the Shares you tender above this entitlement.

The easiest way to tender Shares is online, and the deadline to give an instruction is noon on Friday 18 June 2021.

What are my options?

Option 1 – Tender a number of Shares.

Ask to sell some or all of your Shares at 75p per share. You’ll receive cash from Shares successfully sold on 29 June 2021, any Shares not successfully sold will be returned to your Account around the same time.

Option 2 – Take no action.

Shareholders are not obliged to tender any number of Shares. If you do not return an instruction no Shares will be tendered on your behalf and your holding will remain unchanged.

Full details of this event will be sent to Qualifying Hargreaves Lansdown Clients by either post or secure message. Please note that any instruction you give must be based on the full details provided in the letter and not on the summary information outlined above.

Dividends are likely to vary year on year depending on company performance and could increase, decrease or stop altogether. Dividend data provided by Digital Look.

The London Stock Exchange does not disclose whether a trade is a buy or a sell so this data is estimated based on the trade price received and the LSE-quoted mid-price at the point the trade is placed. It should only be considered an indication and not a recommendation.

Trades priced above the mid-price at the time the trade is placed are labelled as a buy; those priced below the mid-price are sells; and those priced close to the mid-price or declared late are labelled 'N/A'.
