The Board of Witan Investment Trust has announced proposals for a Subdivision of the Company's Share Capital. If the proposals are approved, Shareholders as at close of business on 24 May 2019 will have their holdings subdivided, receiving 5 new shares in place of every 1 Share previously held.

 

The new subdivided Shares are expected on 28 May 2019. Please note we will credit the shares to you account upon receipt from the registrar which may not be before 8.00am on 28 May 2019.

You can submit your vote for or against the Subdivison proposals before our noon on 28 April 2019 deadline below.
