(Sharecast News) - DDoS protection specialists Corero Network Security has struck "a significant partnership" with stc Bahrain, a market leader in the Middle Eastern nation's telecommunications sector.
Corero said on Tuesday that the collaboration aimed to deliver premium protection services, ensuring service levels were safeguarded against both external attack traffic and internally generated DDoS threats.
The AIM-listed group added that the partnership underscores stc Bahrain's ongoing commitment to delivering top-tier service quality and security, adding another layer of premium protection for its customers.
Financial terms of deal were not disclosed.
Chief financial officer Chris Goulden said: "We are delighted with our recent successes in the Middle East and the opportunity to partner with a number of industry leaders across the region. Corero will continue to invest in the Middle East as we look to further demonstrate our market leading capabilities and enhance our go-to-market proposition."
As of 1150 BST, Corero shares were up 1.25% at 19.49p.
