How the cashback offer works
You can sign up for the offer using our online form, by sending a Secure Message, or by calling us.
Your cashback will be paid in December 2026.
If you're transferring an ISA from another provider and need more time, let us know and we can offer an extension. You will then have until 20 May 2026 to apply to transfer.
You must keep the money in your HL Stocks and Shares ISA until 30 November 2026 to qualify for cashback.
You can transfer money from your HL Stocks and Shares ISA to an HL Lifetime ISA and still be eligible for cashback.
You must be invited to sign up to this offer.

Your cashback will be added to your Loyalty Bonus Account in December 2026. You can withdraw it, leave it in your Loyalty Bonus Account to cover any fees, or move it into one of your other HL accounts.
If you sign up using the online form or by sending us a Secure Message, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know your registration has been received.
If you need more time to transfer an ISA, let us know by 20 February 2026 using our online form, by sending us a Secure Message, or by calling our Helpdesk.
You will then have until 20 May 2026 to apply to transfer.
