Whistleblowing Policy

We’re committed to maintaining the highest standards of honesty, care, integrity, and accountability. We encourage speaking up about potential instances of wrongdoing, misconduct, or unethical behaviour in the workplace, which may be related to breaches of laws, rules, and regulations. Some examples include:

  • Criminal activity, including theft, fraud or bribery and corruption
  • Breach of regulatory or legal requirements
  • Risks to health and safety
  • Damage to the environment

We have an independent speak-up hotline and web form to make it easy for colleagues and others to raise concerns. Any concerns raised will be treated seriously and confidentially, with anonymity respected where requested. Anyone raising any concern in good faith, regardless of whether that concern is found to be true, will not suffer adverse consequences.

Reporting a concern

You can report a concern about potential instances of wrongdoing, misconduct, or unethical behaviour from a personal device using the Speak Up online web form or hotline hosted by EthicsPoint our independent reporting service; or by scanning the QR code below.
