What happens if there is insufficient settled cash in my SIPP account to cover my UFPLS request?
You are responsible for ensuring there is sufficient settled cash available to cover your payment request in full. Until you have this settled cash available we are unable to issue your payment.
If you need to sell investments held in the SIPP you can confirm your instructions in writing (simply send us a letter clearly stating the name and specific amount of the investments to be sold). Alternatively, with your security details you can give us your instructions over the phone or via our website if you have registered for online access.
