When can I take an UFPLS?

You can take an UFPLS at any time from your 55th birthday (57th from 2028). You may be able to take an UFPLS earlier if you have a protected retirement age or are unable to carry out your occupation due to ill health.

An UFPLS may not be possible if the benefits you wish to take were part of a divorce settlement, you have protection against the lifetime allowance or the benefits have originated from an overseas scheme.

Please contact us for more information on 0117 980 9926 if you think you might be affected.
