About Secured Fixed Income 7.5% 2029

Secured Fixed Income plc, a member of the Triple Point Group, has announced the launch of the Secured Fixed Income 7.5% Bonds due 2029.

The proceeds from the Bonds will be used to support a diversified portfolio of loans across a range of sectors, including corporate leasing, infrastructure, property development, and specialty finance. These investments are typically backed by first-ranking security over property, business assets, or loan portfolios.

The Bonds carry a fixed 7.5% coupon. At maturity, the bonds will be redeemed at their full nominal value, along with all accumulated interest. This means that, unlike most corporate bonds which pay interest semi-annually, all interest will be paid in full at maturity.
