AEP Plantations PLC is a United Kingdom-based company. It is a producer of sustainable palm oil, owning, operating and developing plantations and mills across Indonesia and Malaysia. Its primary activities include growing oil palms, fresh fruit bunches (FFB), and processing them into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernels (PK). The Company operates approximately seven palm oil mills with combined FFB processing capacity of 400 mt/hour. It manages over 57,000 ha of mature oil palms in Indonesia and Malaysia. It also operates four mills with biogas plants that capture methane and generate electricity. It has about 8.1 thousand hectares of immature plantations. Its estates are situated in North Sumatra, Bengkulu, Riau, Bangka, Kalimantan, South Sumatra and Terengganu. Its FFB production is in North Sumatra, which comprises the estates of Sungei Musam, Blankahan, Simpang Ampat, Tasik, Anak Tasik, PT Cahaya Pelita Andhika, and PT. Hijau Pryan Perdana produced over 410,700 metric tons (mt).
