Banca Ifis S.p.A. is an Italy-based bank. The Bank focuses on commercial banking, specialty finance and asset management. It provides factoring, leasing, lending, structured finance, investment banking and receivables management services, primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients. It is also active in the purchase and management of trade receivables, tax receivables and non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios. The Company operates through four segments: Commercial and Corporate Banking, comprising factoring, leasing, corporate banking and lending activities; NPL, focused on the acquisition, servicing and recovery of assets; Governance and Services and Non-Core, which includes treasury, funding and run-off portfolios; and illimity, which provides SME financing, restructuring and turnaround financing, investment banking and digital banking services. Banca Ifis S.p.A. operates both in Italy and internationally, with offices in Poland and Romania.
