Banca Ifis S.p.A. is an Italy-based bank. The Bank is primarily engaged in the sector of trade receivables, non-performing loans and tax receivables. It operates as financial support for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and individuals, offering a range of products and services, such as factoring, investment banking, advisory and equity investment, structured finance, leasing and medium and long term loans for industrial investments, tax credits and the management of payment of invoices to the Public Administration. In addition, Banca Ifis S.p.A. is active throughout the non performing loans (NPL) chain, purchasing and managing NPL portfolios. The Company operates both in Italy and abroad, with offices in Poland and Romania.
