The Company is operational through four direct wholly owned subsidiaries: Games.FR SAS (France), Bigben Interactive Belgium (Belgium), Bigben Interactive GmbH (Germany) and Bigben Interactive HK Ltd (Hong Kong). It also holds stakes in other companies. In April 2014, it finalized sale of 51% of ModeLabs mobile distribution business.
