The Pine Mills Field covers an area of approximately 2,400 acres. The Permian Basin is a prolific oil and natural gas-producing region located primarily in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. It spans an area that is approximately 250 miles wide and 300 miles long, covering about 75,000 square miles. The Company also has a 100% working interest in Carlisle-1 well located in the Fouke area of the Pine Mills field in East Texas. The Well produces approximately 25 barrels of oil per day (bopd).
