The Company's resorts operate primarily under the Caesars, Harrah’s, Horseshoe, and Eldorado brand names. It offers diversified gaming, entertainment and hospitality amenities, destinations, and a full suite of mobile and online gaming and sports betting experiences. It operates through four segments: Las Vegas, Regional, Caesars Digital, and Managed and Branded, in addition to Corporate and Other. The Company’s operations for retail and online sports betting, iGaming, and horse racing are included under the Caesars Digital segment. The Company owns, leases, brands or manages an aggregate of about 53 domestic properties in 18 states with approximately 50,900 slot machines, video lottery terminals and e-tables, approximately 2,700 table games and approximately 44,900 hotel rooms. It also owns WynnBET, a digital sports betting and casino gaming business.
