Calfrac Well Services Ltd. is an independent provider of specialized oilfield services, including hydraulic fracturing and coiled tubing in North America, as well as hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing, cementing and other well stimulation services in Argentina. The Company’s North America segment provides fracturing services to oil and natural gas companies operating in the Williston Basin located in North Dakota as well as the broader Rockies region, which includes the Piceance Basin in Colorado, the Uinta Basin in Utah and the Powder River Basin in Wyoming. The Argentinean segment provides fracturing, coiled tubing, cementing services and other well stimulation services to oil and natural gas companies operating in the Neuquen and Comodoro Rivadavia regions. It provides solutions for fresh and high-TDS brine applications, support for high viscosity friction reducer fracture fluid systems and provides gel-based, crosslink, and energized fracturing services.
