Candente Gold Corp. (Candente Gold) is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company is principally engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Mexico and Peru. The Company's principal asset is the El Oro gold-silver property (the El Oro Property). The El Oro Property is located in the Gold-Silver Districts in Mexico (the El Oro and Tlalpujahua mining districts) approximately 110 kilometers west-northwest of Mexico City in the states of Mexico and Michoacan. The district hosts over 60 known veins, of which approximately 20 veins have past production of precious metals. The Company has over 140 drill holes, approximately 120 historic shafts and over 40 adits on the El Oro Property. It also holds interest in the Tres Marias and Lunahuana properties in Peru, which are early to mid-stage gold and gold-silver exploration projects. It has access and processing rights to El Oro Mine Tailings deposits.
