The Company has invested in a number of offshore oil and gas assets in the United Kingdom and is focused on realizing the additional exploration potential of this proven hydrocarbon province. Its Southern North Sea licenses include P2252 - Pensacola, P2437 - Selene, P2428 - Cupertino and P2558 - Pensacola North. Its Central North Sea license is P2542 - Syros. Its P2252 - Pensacola license has approximately 214.4 square kilometers (km2). The Company's Selene license is located on the northern limb of the Sole Pit Basin inversion axis and takes the form of a NW-SE elongated closure and has around 228 km2. Its P2428 - Cupertino license has an area of approximately 477 km2. The Company's P2558 - Pensacola N license has an area of around 309 km2. Its P2542 - Syros license has an area of approximately 41 km2.
