Dof Group ASA is a Norway-based provider of integrated subsea project and marine services to the global offshore energy market. It operates in the offshore energy industry, as energy production transitions to cleaner solutions and renewables. The Company operates in three segments of the offshore services market, strategically defined by activities and vessel types: PSV (Platform Supply Vessels), AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessels), and Subsea (Subsea vessels and Subsea engineering services). Included in the subsea segment are engineering companies that provide services within the subsea project and renewable markets. The supply vessels (AHTS and PSV) support fields in production as well as development and exploration activities. The majority of the AHTS fleet is equipped with ROVs and are also utilised on subsea projects. The Group's subsea fleet is a combination of vessels on term contracts and vessels utilised for subsea project activities.
