Its asset management segment includes asset and development management contracts with the Dream group of companies and management fees from private asset management business, along with associated costs. Income properties are comprised of retail, commercial, and multifamily properties in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and National Capital Region (NCR). Western Canada development comprises its land and housing within its master-planned communities in Saskatchewan and Alberta. It also develops land for sale in Western Canada.
