Elemental Royalty Corporation is a new mid-tier, gold-focused streaming and royalty company with a globally diversified portfolio of 18 producing assets and more than 200 royalties, anchored by cornerstone assets and operated by mining partners. Its Caserones Mine is a large porphyry copper-molybdenum deposit located in the Atacama region of northern Chile (approximately 160 kilometers (km) southeast of the city of Copiapo). Its Karlawinda Gold Project is a large-scale open pit mine located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Mine is 70 km by road south-east of the town of Newman. Its Timok Project's Cukaru Peki deposit is located within the Brestovac royalty. Its Laverton Project covers several Archaean greenstone belts north-northeast of Kalgoorlie which host a range of orogenic lode gold deposits, typical of the Western Australian Yilgarn Eastern Goldfields. Its Panuco Silver-Gold Project is located in the historic Panuco mining district in southern Sinaloa, Mexico.
