Galileo Resources Plc acts as a holding company for subsidiary undertakings and investments engaged in the exploration of natural resources. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of gold, copper, rare-earth aggregates, and iron ore and manganese. The Company’s operated projects are Star Zinc Project, Kashitu Project, Concordia Copper Project, Ferber Project and Glenvoer Rare Earth Project. The Company owns 85% interest in Star Zinc property. The Kashitu Project is located in the south east corner of Enviro Processing Limited’s (EPL’s) Kabwe Mining License. The Kashitu area is considered prospective for zinc mineralization. The Company holds interests in the Concordia Copper Project (Concordia) and is located in Northern Cape Province of South Africa. It also holds 21 exploration prospecting licences (PLs), out of which 19 are in the Kalahari Copper Belt (KCB) and two are in the Limpopo Mobile Belt (LMB).
