Gamma Resources Ltd., formerly Gabo Mining Ltd., is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company is focused on uranium projects that utilize in-situ leach (ISL) methods. The Company has also developed and licensed a proprietary rare earth element (REE) extraction process and is advancing uranium assets in New Mexico and Utah, United States of America. The Company has an agreement to acquire the Green River Project and Mesa Arc Project. The Green River Project is located in Emery County’s San Rafael Mining District. It comprises approximately 41 unpatented lode mining claims targeting uranium mineralization in the Salt Wash member of the Morrison Formation. The project is adjacent to Western Uranium & Vanadium Corp’s San Rafael Project and lies just 11 km from the Maverick Minerals uranium/vanadium processing plant. The Mesa Arc Project includes approximately 41 lode mining claims in northern New Mexico.
