Gas Plus SpA is an Italy-based company operating in the oil and gas sector. The Company is a natural gas producer. It operates in the sectors of the natural gas supply chain, particularly in exploration, production, procurement, distribution, and sales to end customers. Its activities are managed by three distinct business units, the Business Unit Exploration and Production, which is responsible for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons, both in Italy and abroad, the Retail Business Unit, which is engaged in the sale of natural gas to residential, small business, and industrial end-users, and the Network and Transportation Business Unit, responsible of the transportation via sections of regional gas pipeline networks and distribution via local gas pipeline networks in the Northern Italy.
