GFG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based precious metals exploration company. The Company operates three gold projects, each hosting highly prospective gold properties within the prolific gold district of Timmins, Ontario, Canada. The Montclerg Gold Project is located 48 kilometers (km) east of the prolific Timmins Gold Camp and is surrounded by multiple current and historic gold mines. The Project consists of five patented mining claims and 110 unpatented mining claims that cover 10 km of the highly prospective Pipestone Deformation Zone. The Pen Gold Project is located 50 km southwest of the prolific gold district and town of Timmins, ON. The property represents a land package of approximately 475 km2 and is situated between Newmont’s Borden Gold project and the Pan American Silver’s Timmins West Mine. The Dore Gold Project land package consists of approximately 212 km2 and covers a 12-km-long section of Archean greenstone within the Swayze Greenstone Belt.
