The Company's differentiated technology platforms include radio frequency (RF) silicon-on-insulator (SOI), Fin Field-Effect Transistor (FinFET), FDX fully depleted (FD) silicon-on-insulator (SOI), Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS), Silicon Germanium (SiGe) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Silicon Photonics (SiPh).
