The Company, through its 100% owned subsidiary, has a 100% interest in a Mining Property Lease commonly referred to as the Mexican Hat Property, located in Cochise County, Arizona, United States. It is focused on developing this asset and realizing the full mineral potential of the property through near-term gold production. The Mexican Hat Property is a low sulphidation, epithermal gold deposit in Tertiary volcanic rocks. Mexican Hat claims and exploration licenses cover approximately 4,800 acres. The property consists of 40 unpatented lode mining claims. The Daisy Creek project is in Lander County, Nevada, where the Company controls or owns a total of approximately 165 lode claims covering 3,408 acres. Its wholly owned subsidiary is GMV Minerals (Nevada) LLC (GMV Nevada).
