The Caballos Copper-Gold Project is located at the intersection of the Maricunga Copper-Gold belt and the El Indio Gold-Silver Belt with multiple major deposits within 40 kilometers (km). The Mogote Copper-Gold Project is located 350 km north-west of San Juan City, San Juan province, Argentina and adjoins the international border between Chile and Argentina. The Potrerillos Gold-Silver Project is located in the El Indio gold-silver belt, eight km east of Barrick’s Veladero gold mine, and the Pascua-Lama project in western San Juan Province, Argentina. It holds a 100% interest in the 12,480-hectare Yanso gold project in eastern San Juan Province, Argentina.
